Working out with Shivangi has been a holistic experience for us.
She helped us look at food and nutrition in a healthy and practical way rather than just diet to lose the kilos.
We both lost inches, developed stronger bodies and felt mentally rejuvenated. As mother and daughter working out together, we could not have done it with anyone better than Shivangi! š

As a trained wing chun practitioner, my fitness goals are quite different than others. What was missing in my training was sports specific conditioning and strength training. She is one of the very few people I know in Jaipur who has spent years training herself. I am glad I have someone like her in Jaipur under whom I can continue my fitness journey.

I started training with Shivangi last year and I havenāt looked back since. She helps me stay motivated and I have never felt better. I am definitely a lot fitter than I was. In a span of two months of training with Fitness Trail, I have seen amazing changes in my body shape and strength. I feel more energetic, flexible and lighter already. Morning workouts are now a thing I look forward to and won't miss. Her constant feedback and motivation during sessions is extremely helpful.
